John Kleinad is a Full-Stack Product Engineer based in Mexico City and a 2026 AWS Community Builder (Dev Tools). He specializes in building and shipping web, mobile, and AI-powered products end-to-end with React, Next.js, React Native, TypeScript, and AWS (Amplify, Bedrock, Cognito, DynamoDB, Lambda, and S3).

He is Co-Founder and CTO of Yauz Inc., an AI-powered CRM for real estate agents featuring WhatsApp automation and Amazon Bedrock lead scoring, in production with 130+ agents. Previously, he built enterprise internal platforms at Grupo Tracsa and led the Next.js mobile-first rewrite at Xoy Capital / Upick.

Alongside product engineering, John is a co-organizer and creative director of AWS Community Day México (1,800+ attendees) and a frequent speaker and workshop lead across AWS user groups, tech communities, and universities in Mexico.
